How do Debit Card purchases work online?
When using Debit Cards, your bank statement will show two charges for the same amount. The first amount is the Website Authorization, used to capture your order for processing. The second charge is the amount we bill you once your order is shipped. Both charges should be the same unless your order does not ship complete. Please be advised that the Authorization amount you see will be released based on your banks guidelines and is out of our control. When using a Debit card your bank freezes funds to cover the amount of your online purchase.

Is ordering through the website secure?
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the information you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Do you share my personal information with any third parties?

Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. Under normal circumstances, due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. If you find it necessary to change or cancel an order, please call your sales representative at 1-516-942-0560.

Can I place an International order online?
Our site now allows you to submit International Orders online. Once you have submitted your order, our sales department will contact you to review the order, shipping and payment information. After we review the final order with you we will then take payment, process and ship your order. Please be advised that our normal business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You may also call us at 1-516-942-0560 to expedite your order over the phone.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
We will notify you and provide a tracking number via email when your order ships.

What if the product I want is unavailable?
We will contact you to see if you want to wait for the product to arrive or we can suggest a substitute.

What if the product I want is not offered on the site?
While the Kassoy.com website contains a broad variety of products, we realize that you may require a product that is not shown on our website or in our catalog. How can I find out about promotions and special offers?
From time to time, Kassoy.com may offer special offers and promotions. To stay aware of our current promotions, simply sign up for our email newsletter.

How do the Free Shipping promotions work?
If you have a free shipping promotional code, please note that it applies only to free UPS Ground Shipping for qualified orders based on the promotion. You will see shipping costs in your shopping cart and as part of the total amount. Shipping will be credited to your account when the order is billed and shipped. All free shipping promotions are valid for orders shipped within the continental US. Please note that additional restrictions may apply.

Where do I enter my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, it needs to be entered at the bottom of the shipping information page, prior to checkout. If your order meets the promotional code requirements, you will see the discount/offer reflected on the "Billing Information" page.
