This bench lathe kit has two dust hoods made of heavy gauge sheet metal to help capture dust and other particles and help you keep your workspace clean. The kit contains a Foredom Variable Speed Bench Lathe with a permanent magnet, high-speed motor, which operates smoothly and quietly at speeds from 500-7000 RPM and provides the high speed necessary for optimum polishing performance with smaller (up to 4") buffs and wheels. It comes with two spindles. The dust hoods have non-skid pads on the bottom and a 2-½" adapter that fits most dust collection system hoses.
