We try our best to represent all of our products as best we can with pictures, descriptions, videos, and manuals. If you have any questions regarding how an item works, what its positives and negatives are, or just the honest truth, give us a call. SHIPPING

Over 95% of our orders are shipped from our Long Island warehouse the same day we receive them. Our standard shipping method within the United States is UPS Ground. We also offer expedited and international shipping via UPS, FedEx and USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office if you wish to determine what these additional costs will be. Please note that it is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. Free Shipping only applies to orders shipped within the continental US.

DELIVERY

When you receive your order, inspect the boxes for any damage caused during shipping, and take pictures if you find any damage.

RETURNS

Upon receiving your order, if there is found to be a defective item, you must inform our Customer Service Representative within 15 days of purchase.

All eligible returns must begin with KASSOY’s Return Merchandise Authorization Process.

To avoid complications or confusion, we ask you to please contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-452-7769 ext. 229 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or to inquire on the eligibility of your return.

Please do this within 15 days of purchase.

Merchandise returned without a valid RMA will not be refunded/credited.

 

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

·     New, unused merchandise in saleable condition, complete with original packaging, peripherals and manuals, may be returned within 15 days of the invoice date.

·     All returns must be complete with the original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging (including manuals and boxes), accessories and peripherals unused, in re-sellable, as new condition

·     If a returned item is not in “new condition” with all the original packaging, peripherals, and manuals, up to a 25% re-stocking charge may be applied to your account.

·     All labels, ribbons and cables must be removed from printers PRIOR to shipping (credit will not be issued for labels or ribbons that have been opened or used)

·     Merchandise marked "Final Sale" or "No Returns" is NOT returnable.

·     Imprinted/hot stamped items, burs, acids, software, books, sieves, open box, clearance and special orders are also NOT returnable.

FINE PRINT

·     Shipping charges will NOT be refunded except in the case of defective products.

·     A return merchandise authorization does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to final inspection and testing by Kassoy.

·     Merchandise returned without return authorization, COD and/or freight collect will be refused.

·     Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the RMA being issued.

Be sure to indicate the RMA number on the return label of the package (please do NOT write on the return packaging) and include the given printed paperwork along with the item(s). If the manufacturer's packaging is marked or damaged in any way, the cost for replacement packaging will be applied to your account.

WARRANTY

All the products shown on this website are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Our guarantee is limited to the Repair, Replacement or Refund for Defective Merchandise within 15 days of purchase, and does not extend beyond the purchase price of the item. We expressly disclaim liability for consequential damages and for breach of any expressed or implied warranty including merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Final sale items may not be covered by this warranty; however, they are tested and inspected to ensure proper working condition prior to shipment.

Items that have been abused or used for work for which they were not intended, will not qualify for this guarantee. All specific warranties listed are manufacturer's warranties. If an item needs repair under warranty, contact our Customer Service Representative at 516-942-0560, or 1-800-452-7769 ext. 292.

If upon examination or first use, a product is found to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Representative for an RMA number. After you have obtained an RMA number, please return the defective item to our Warehouse within 14 days (see return instructions above):
